New Package - One-on-One Personal Coaching

Note:  This has become our most popular training package,  we have several qualified instructors who can tailor an instructional session for your personal needs.  It is very popular with folks wanting to shoot for the first time and want to get off on the right foot.  It is also very popular with folks as a primer to the Concealed Carry Course (also offered here).

$75  ($50 additional person, 3 max) Includes:  1 hour personal instruction tailored to your needs, Safety Orientation, Range Visitors Pass, Safety Equipment Rental, Target (s), Firearm Rental

For coaching sessions of 4 or more price is $75 each for a 2 hour class.

We will tailor your session to your individual needs from the very basics of

HOME FIREARM SAFETY, BASIC PISTOL, RIFLE or SHOTGUN, or

ADVANCED PISTOL, RIFLE or SHOTGUN, or

LAW ENFORCEMENT or ARMED SECURITY qualification tune up

Call or email us to set this up.  We will have one of our coaches contact you to arrange a time convenient to you.

Cancellation policy:  You can reschedule your training session as long as you give the instructor a 24 hour notice prior to your class.  If you do not reschedule you forfeit your fee.  We have to reserve the range and have the instructor come in specifically for your appointment. 

We want to make sure that you get your full value for your training session so we ask that you please be here and ready at your scheduled time.  There are usually appointments following your time slot.

Self-Defense Shooting and IDPA

(A Series of Classes)

This course will introduce you to the basic concepts and applications involved in handgun defense.  The classes will also serve as a basis for those who desire to participate in the scenario-based matches held by the International Defensive Pistol Association (IDPA).  It is designed to meet the needs of those shooters who have completed a basic safety course or a concealed carry course and now desire to acquire the skills necessary to defend themselves in real life-threatening encounters.  It will focus on personal safety, marksmanship, firearm manipulation and tactics.  It will be oriented toward home defense and street application.  This is not a “stand still and shoot at the target” course.  It will emphasize “shooting-on-the-move” and the use of cover as you engage simulated assailants who are intent on taking your life.  It will employ numerous real-life scenarios as you develop true self-defense skills including shooting in low light.  It will teach you to react under adrenaline charged moments and give you drills that can be practiced at home to develop habits that are necessary for real-life situations.  At course completion, you will feel more confident in your shooting as well as in your ability to survive an encounter with the bad guys.
